Manufacturing CNC-cut parts, machine parts
Basically, we have a plant necessary for turning customized products, including CNC-processing centres, wire and electric discharge /EDM machines, lathe, grinding machines and sawing machines. Our plant is under continuous development according to the customers’ demands.
Manufacturing machine frames, precision metal structures
In connection with manufacturing special machines the establishment of our own blacksmith workshop has become reasonable, where metal structures of high-precision can be manufactured. Accordingly, we have inert-gas welding equipment (CO2, AWI), precision welding bench, cutting-off machines and grinding machines.
CAD-CAM processing
Among the software providing basis of the continuous cooperation with out customers we use Solid Edge ST10 and Creo 4.0. At the moment processing is software programmed using NCGCAM version 15.0. Our designing activities cover simple component parts through different equipment to designing pressing tools, plastic injection moulds and metal caster tools. Through our CAM solutions we are able to perform processing on floating surface, and 3D model-based (Stp, lgs) processing.
