For designing former blocks our experienced colleagues use the programme package Creo 4.0 and its special modules (Tool Design, Expert Moldbase). The total construction is designed in 3D, and the tools are manufactured based on the data produced in this stage. Computerized tool design allows for easy handling of any changes, and it makes co-ordination with the customers much smoother.

Our tool manufacturing activities primarily cover plastic injection mould manufacturing and repairs, besides, we also manufacture die-casting moulds, permanent moulds and sheet shaping tools. Different grabbing and checking instruments are also assembled and commissioned by our toolmaker colleagues.
